About Me

Hi, I’m Kelly and I’m a Certified Personal Trainer & Group Exercise Trainer.

I have been involved in training clients since 2002 and started Got2Bfit Personal Training in 2005 

I see my number one role is as an educator,
Firstly to my boys , age 20 & 18, I want to demonstration to them that being organized, setting goals, being consistent and having a positive attitude is important.
– “Believe in yourself “.
I use this same approach in my training and with my clients.
I am passionate about the health of my clients, not just how much weight they can loss in 12 weeks….. 
My role as a trainer is to educate my clients how to prepare, and eat real food that will fuel and nourish their body.
My approach is walk the walk not talk the talk…..
